What is NEXSPY™?

NEXSPY™ is the most advanced monitoring software for iPhone and Android smartphones. Parents use it as a parental control app that helps keep their children safe online. How does it work?

The NEXSPY™ app, once installed, runs in the background of a phone, gathers information (location, call logs, text messages, etc.), and transfers them to your NEXSPY™ Cloud Portal. Then, you can log in to view the captured information at any time. It is as simple as that.

What can I monitor with NEXSPY™?

You can literally view everything on the phone, from call logs, spy on text messages to messaging apps like Facebook, WhatsApp spy app, etc. You can also track the phone’s current location, view emails, web history, app usage, photos, videos, and more.

What device can I monitor with NEXSPY™?

NEXSPY™ runs perfectly well on all iPhones and Android smartphones. Please refer to the Compatibility page for more information on the system requirements.

Can I monitor a phone by its phone number?

No, you cannot. NEXSPY™ can only collect information after being installed on the target phone. We do not provide monitoring by phone number or IMEI number services, nor any other provider does. You will need to have access to the phone and install NEXSPY™ on it first.

Is NEXSPY™ legal?

Yes. NEXSPY™ is a fully legal parental control app that has been approved by many reputable organizations. However, we are not competent to give legal advice to our customers since the laws differ from country to country. Generally, it’s legal to use NEXSPY™ to monitor your underage children or company devices issued to employees. Otherwise, the law requires you to notify owners of the devices on which you intend to install the software. Please consult a lawyer if you have any questions regarding the use of our software.

Is NEXSPY™ secure?

Yes. Here at NEXSPY™, we equally value the security and privacy of our customers and their loved ones. That is our number one priority. We use the latest encryption protocols to make sure your data is safe with us. Even our team does not have any access to the data monitored by the software. It is visible only to you.

Is NEXSPY™ hidden on the target phone?

Yes. After installation, NEXSPY™ operates in the background and remains 100% hidden from the target phone. It will not appear on the home screen, application list, or anywhere else. NEXSPY™ also allows you to hide jailbreak (Cydia) and root (SuperSU, Magisk) applications to ensure the phone’s user will not be able to detect it in any way.

How do I start?

First, get a license by purchasing a NEXSPY™ Premium subscription plan. Then, install the app on the target phone. That’s it, and now you can discreetly monitor everything that happens on the phone without touching it.

How do I view the monitored data?

You can view monitored data from your account Cloud Portal that can be accessed using any web browser.

How often does the app transfer data?

By default, the NEXSPY™ app transfers collected data to your account once every hour. This “Delivery Timer” can be adjusted in your Cloud Portal settings.

How long is monitored data stored on the server?

Monitored data stored on our servers is deleted automatically and permanently after 90 days. We provide a tool for you to download your data, which you can find in your Cloud Portal.

Does the target phone need an internet connection?

Yes, it does. The target phone must be connected to the internet for NEXSPY™ to transmit data to your Cloud Portal. It uses both Wi-Fi and 3G/4G connections when available.


Subscription questions

What is a NEXSPY™ Premium plan?

Our NEXSPY™ Premium plan gives you access to the NEXSPY™ app and services for a period. You can go for the Monthly plan. But for the best value, we recommend our Quarterly and Yearly plans.

Is there any other plan?

No, and why should it be? To make things simple and easy for you, we offer the one-and-only NEXSPY™ Premium plan, which you can use on any phone. All features are available, so you won’t have to worry about purchasing the wrong one. The only difference is the billing interval. You will save more with a longer (quarterly, yearly) plan.

What happens after the purchase?

After the payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your login details (username and password). Make sure to check both your Inbox and Spam folders for the email. You will need to follow the link provided to you in the email and log in to your account using a web browser. Once you log in, you will have all the information needed to start setting up NEXSPY™ on the target phone.

I entered the wrong email address at purchase. What should I do?

If you paid for an order with the wrong email address, you won’t be able to receive your account credentials. If it is the case, please contact us asap with as many details as possible. We’ll try our best to trace your order and help you get back your account with the correct email address.

How many devices can I monitor with a NEXSPY™ plan?

One subscription plan covers one device only. You will need to purchase two or more subscriptions if you want to monitor two or more devices.

Can I switch devices under the same subscription?

Yes. For switching the target device, you need to deactivate the license from the current device. Then, install NEXSPY™ onto the new phone and activate it the same way you did previously. You can switch devices as many as you like during your subscription period.

What payments are accepted?

We accept PayPal and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners. Additional payment options may be available in your specific location.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you are not happy, you can receive a full refund within 14 days following the day of your purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Can I try NEXSPY™ for free?

Yes. We currently offer a 3-day trial for just 0.99 USD. You can experience all the features of NEXSPY™ to see if it’s what you need. And if you decide it’s not for you, you can cancel it and get a full refund, no questions asked.


Installation questions

Do I need to have the phone I want to monitor to install NEXSPY™?

Yes. You will need to have the phone you want to monitor in your hand for the initial installation. The installation process only takes 5 minutes, and you will have an easy step-by-step guide to help you through. After that, you will be able to see everything that happens on the phone without ever touching it again.

Can I install NEXSPY™ remotely?

No, you cannot. You must have access to the target phone to install NEXSPY™ on it. Such technology that allows you to install something on a device remotely has not yet been invented.

How to install NEXSPY™ on Android smartphones?

Log in to your account Cloud Portal with the login credentials provided in the email. Then go to Help > Reference Manuals > Installation & Activation. Follow the step-by-step instructions to download and install the app on the target phone.

What is “rooting”?

“Rooting” is the process of removing the limitations on a mobile or tablet running the Android operating system. NEXSPY™ may need extra permissions to give you access to some advanced features.

Do I need to root the target Android phone?

You do not need to root the target Android phone. NEXSPY™ spy app for Android works perfectly without root. You’ll get access to Call Logs, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, GPS Location, Text Messages, Snapchat spy app, and most of the core features. You’ll only have to root the device if you need the advanced features.

Which features require rooting?

Only a few features such as Website Activity, App Screenshots, and some messaging apps require the Android phone to be rooted. You can monitor essential features like Call Logs, Text Messages, Facebook spy app, WhatsApp, Viber, and Gmail without rooting. Please refer to the Features page for more details.

How to install NEXSPY™ on an iPhone?

Log in to your account Cloud Portal with the login credentials provided in the email. Then go to Help > Reference Manuals > Installation & Activation. Follow the step-by-step instructions to download and install the app on the target iPhone. You’ll need to jailbreak the iPhone first before you can install NEXSPY™ on it.

What is “jailbreak”?

“Jailbreak” is the term for the process of removing the limitations imposed by Apple and associated carriers on devices running the iOS operating system. To “jailbreak” means to allow the phone’s owner to gain full access to the root of the operating system and access all the features.

Do I need to jailbreak the target iPhone?

Yes. You will need to jailbreak the target iPhone before you can install NEXSPY™ on it.

Where can I find my License Key?

During installation, you will need your License Key for activation. You can find it under Account > License Profile in your account Cloud Portal.

How do I uninstall NEXSPY™?

You can either directly uninstall NEXSPY™ from the target phone or do it remotely from your Cloud Portal. Go to Help > Reference Manuals > Deactivate and Uninstall for detailed instructions.
