What is NEXSPY?
NEXSPY is the most advanced monitoring software for mobile devices that help parents to keep their children safe and employer to keep their workers productive. It keeps tabs on text messages, call information, GPS coordinates and much more depending on your needs and priorities.

How does NEXSPY works?
NEXSPY collects data from the device on which it is installed and displays these collected data in your Account Portal (you will receive your login credentials after purchase) which you can access using any Internet browser or our exclusive PortalViewer mobile app (available on App Store and Google Play).
Does NEXSPY work worldwide?
Our monitoring software works regardless of the cellular carrier network or the location of the target device and is compatible with all service providers (carriers). However, NEXSPY requires an internet connection to transfer data to your personal Account Portal. Thus mobile internet or Wi-Fi connection must be switched on the target device.
What devices are supported by NEXSPY?
NEXSPY is compatible with all popular devices, smartphones and iPad running iOS or Android. Please check whether your device is compatible here.
Is NEXSPY hidden on the target device?
Right after the installation, NEXSPY application is launched and starts working in background mode. The icon which appears afterward does not contain any settings for NEXSPY functionality.
For better user experience, we provide you the options to either keep it visible on the dashboard of the monitored device or hide it entirely along with any evidence such as Cydia (jailbreaking) or SuperSU (rooting). NEXSPY application will also not appear in the installed app list, task manager or anywhere else on the monitored device.
Is it legal to use NEXSPY?
NEXSPY was designed to help parents to keep their children safe and employer to keep their workers productive. For these purposes, its usage is entirely legal. Please make sure that your intentions to use our application to meet the following statutory requirements:
• You want to use NEXSPY as a parental control solution for monitoring your underage children.
• You want to use NEXSPY as a solution for monitoring company-owned devices of which employees are aware of being monitored.
• You want to install NEXSPY on your own device.
It is your responsibility to determine whether you have proper authorization to monitor the device. It is also your responsibility to determine which disclosures, notifications, or agreements may be necessary for your jurisdiction, as applied to the specific facts and circumstances in which you want to use NEXSPY. If you have questions about the legality of using NEXSPY as you intend to use it, contact legal counsel of your choice. NEXSPY cannot provide legal advice.
How do I start using NEXSPY?
To start using NEXSPY, you need to check the compatibility of the device you’d like to monitor, choose the subscription plan and proceed with the purchase.
After that, you will receive an email with the login credentials to your personal Account Portal where you also find the installation instructions. You’ll need to have a full authorized physical access to the target device, follow the instructions and proceed with the installation.
By installing NEXSPY, you confirm your intention to use this software legally, i.e. you install NEXSPY on your own device, the device of your underage child or the owner of the device agrees to be monitored.
How do I install NEXSPY?
You must have physical access to the device to install NEXSPY. It cannot be installed remotely.
Our Get Started guide is a great place to start. There you can find all the installation instructions for your target device. The instructions are also available inside your Account Portal, under Help > Manual and Documentation.
They are carefully written in a friendly step-by-step structure. You will find it extremely easy to follow and will be able to install NEXSPY on to your target device in minutes.
How do I uninstall NEXSPY?
You can either directly uninstall NEXSPY from the target device or do it remotely. You can find the detailed instructions in your Account Portal, under Help > Manual and Documentation.
How many devices can I install NEXSPY on to?
You can only install NEXSPY on to one device per license purchase. However, you can deactivate and move that license to another device as many times as you want during your subscription.
If you want to monitor two devices at a time, you need to purchase two separate licenses.
What happens when a new NEXSPY version is released?
Once a new version of NEXSPY is released, it will be automatically updated remotely on the monitored device. You don’t have to do anything.
How can I view data from the monitored device?
Once NEXSPY is set up on the monitored device and is connected to our server, the information will be automatically displayed in your personal Account Portal that can be accessed from any browser or by using our exclusive PortalViewer app anywhere, anytime.
What happens after the purchase?
As soon as the payment is completed, the next step is to check your inbox for the email from NEXSPY.
Make sure you check both Inbox and Spam folders. This email contains the link to your personal Account Portal and login credentials.
Simply follow the link and login to your portal where you will find your license details and all of the instructions on how to install and activate NEXSPY on your target device.
Can I get a refund?
You may be eligible to receive a full refund within 10 days following the day of your purchase as long as refund reasons do not contradict our Refund Policy conditions.

How long is data stored on your servers?
Monitored data stored on our servers is automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days. We provide a tool for you to download your data for archiving which you can find in your Account Portal.
What is jailbreaking? Do I need to jailbreak iOS device to use NEXSPY?
Yes, you will need to jailbreak the target iPhone or iPad to install NEXSPY.
Jailbreaking allows iOS users to gain privileged control of the system. It doesn’t affect the device’s performance and in many cases, it even extends battery usage of the device.
Once Jailbreak is done an icon of Cydia will appear on the springboard of the target device. NEXSPY gives you the option to hide Cydia and any other jailbreaking evidence.
What is rooting? Do I need to root Android device to use NEXSPY?
Rooting is the process of allowing users of smartphones running the Android operating system to attain privileged control (known as root access) within the Android’s subsystem and is completely reversible.
You do not need to root your Android device to use NEXSPY. However certain advanced features (IM chats, emails) will not work if the Android device is not rooted.
Once rooting is done, NEXSPY gives you the option to hide any rooting evidence such as SuperSU.
