Our monitoring software works regardless of the cellular carrier network or the location of the target device and is compatible with all service providers (carriers). However, NEXSPY requires an internet connection to transfer data to your personal Account Portal, thus mobile internet or Wi-Fi connection must be switched on the target device.

Right after the installation, NEXSPY application is launched and starts working in background mode. The icon which appears after NEXSPY installation does not contain any settings for NEXSPY functionality.

For better user experience, we provide you the options to either keep it visible on the dashboard of the monitored device or hide it completely along with any evidence such as Cydia (jailbreaking) or SuperSU (rooting). NEXSPY application will also not appear in the installed app list, task manager or anywhere else on the monitored device.

  • You want to use NEXSPY as a parental control solution for monitoring your underage children.
  • You want to use NEXSPY as a solution for monitoring company-owned devices of which employees are aware of being monitored.
  • You want to install NEXSPY on your own device.

  • It is your responsibility to determine whether you have proper authorization to monitor the device.     To start using NEXSPY, you need to check the compatibility of the device you’d like to monitor, choose the subscription plan and proceed with the purchase.

    After that, you will receive an email with the login and password to your personal Account Portal where you also find the installation instructions. Basically, you’ll need to have a full authorized physical access to the target device, follow the instructions and proceed with the installation.

    By installing NEXSPY, you confirm your intention to use this software legally, i.e. you install NEXSPY on your own device, the device of your underage child or the owner of the device agrees to be monitored.

    You must have physical access to the device to install NEXSPY. It cannot be installed remotely.

    You can find all the installation instructions for your target device inside your Account Portal. They are carefully written in a friendly step-by-step structure. You will find it extremely easy to follow and will be able to install NEXSPY on to your target device in minutes.

    You can either directly uninstall NEXSPY from the target device or do it remotely. You can find the detailed instructions in your Account Portal.

    You can only install NEXSPY on to one device per license purchase. However, you can deactivate and move that license to another device as many times as you want during your subscription.

    If you want to monitor two devices at a time, you need to purchase two subscriptions.

    Once a new version of NEXSPY is released, it will be automatically updated remotely on the monitored device. You don’t have to do anything.

    Once NEXSPY is set up on the monitored device and is connected to our server, the information will be automatically displayed in your personal Account Portal that can be accessed from any browser or by using our exclusive PortalViewer app anywhere, anytime.

    As soon as the payment is completed, the next step is to check your inbox for the email from NEXSPY.

    Make sure you check both Inbox and Spam folders. The email contains the link to your personal Account Portal and login credentials.

    Simply follow the link and login to your portal where you will find your license details and all of the instructions on how to install and activate NEXSPY on your target device.

    Monitored data stored on our servers is automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days. We provide a tool for you to download your data for archiving which you can find in your Account Portal.

    Yes, you will need to jailbreak the target iPhone or iPad to install NEXSPY.

    Jailbreaking allows iOS users to gain privileged control of the system. It doesn’t affect the device’s performance and in many cases, it even extends battery usage of the device.

    Once Jailbreak is done an icon of Cydia will appear on the springboard of the target device. NEXSPY gives you the option to hide Cydia and any other jailbreaking evidence.

    Rooting is the process of allowing users of smartphones running the Android operating system to attain privileged control (known as root access) within the Android’s subsystem and is completely reversible.

    You do not need to root your Android device to use NEXSPY. However certain advanced features (IM chats, emails) will not work if the Android device is not rooted.

    Once rooting is done, NEXSPY gives you the option to hide any rooting evidence such as SuperSU.
