What is NEXSPY?

NEXSPY is the most advanced monitoring software for smartphones and tablets that help parents to keep their children safe and employer to keep their workers productive.

How does it work?

NEXSPY collects information from the target device it is installed on and sends the data to your account (your account that will be created after purchase) which you can access from any web browser.

How can I start?

First, you'll need to buy a NEXSPY license. Then, install the software on your target device (one time). That's it, and now you can monitor all its data and activity from your account.

What devices are compatible?

NEXSPY runs perfectly well on all Android smartphones and tablets, iPhones, iPads. See the Compatibility page for more information.

Do I need to have access to the target device?

Yes, you will need to have physical access to the phone or tablet you want to monitor (one time). After installing the software on the target device, you can see all data without touching the target device again.

Can I install NEXSPY remotely?

No, you cannot. You must have access to the target device to install NEXSPY on it.

Can I monitor a phone by its number?

No, NEXSPY can only collect data after being installed on the target device. We do not provide monitoring by the phone or IMEI number, you need to access the device and install NEXSPY on it first.

What is rooting?

The process of allowing users of smartphones and tablets running Android OS to attain privileged control (root access) of the system.

Do I need to root the target Android device?

You do not need to root the target Android phone or tablet to use NEXSPY. However, certain advanced features (IM chats, emails, app screenshots, etc.) will not work if the Android device is not rooted. Please check available features before buying.

What is jailbreaking?

The process of bypassing restrictions on iPhones and iPads to gain privileged control of the system.

Do I need to jailbreak the target iPhone or iPad?

Yes, you will need to jailbreak the target iPhone or iPad before installing NEXSPY on it.

Is NEXSPY hidden on the target device?

Yes, NEXSPY is 100% invisible and stays hidden on the phone or tablet it is installed on. It will not show in the installed apps list on the phone or tablet as well. NEXSPY also allows you to hide jailbreak (Cydia) and root (SuperSU, Magisk) evidence.

Is it legal to use NEXSPY?

Yes, it is absolutely legal to use NEXSPY as:

  • A parental control solution for monitoring your underage children.
  • A solution for monitoring company-owned devices of which employees are aware of being monitored.
  • A solution for your own device data backup.

It is your responsibility to determine whether you have proper authorization to monitor the device. It is also your responsibility to determine which disclosures, notifications, or agreements may be necessary for your jurisdiction, as applied to the specific facts and circumstances in which you want to use NEXSPY. If you have questions about the legality of using NEXSPY as you intend to use it, contact legal counsel of your choice. NEXSPY cannot provide legal advice.

How do I install NEXSPY?

There are instructions for Android as well as iPhone and iPad on our website. They are also available inside your account, under Help > Reference Manuals > Installation & Activation.

Where can I find my License Key?

Your License Key can be found inside your account, under Account > License Profile section.

How do I uninstall NEXSPY?

You can either directly uninstall NEXSPY from the target device or do it remotely. You can find the detailed instructions in your account, under Help > Reference Manuals > Deactivate and Uninstall.

How many device can I install NEXSPY on to?

You can only install NEXSPY on to one device per license. You can deactivate and install that license on another device as many times as you want.

Can I monitor two or more devices?

If you want to monitor two devices at the same time, you need to purchase two separate licenses.

How can I view data from monitored device?

You can view monitored data from your account that can be accessed using any web browser.

How often does the monitored data updates?

The Update Interval, which can be adjusted in your account, specifies how often NEXSPY transfers information. When manually adjusting Update Interval, please note that short update intervals (less than 10 min) may consume considerable battery life. Please, be informed that sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to receive all updates, especially if the phone constantly uses a 3G/4G connection, which is not very stable and always depends on signal strength.

Why internet connection is required?

The monitored device must be connected to the internet for NEXSPY to send information to your account. It uses both Wi-Fi and 3G/4G connections.

How long is data stored on your server?

Monitored data stored on our servers is automatically and permanently deleted after 90 days. We provide a tool for you to download your data for archiving which you can find in your account.

What payments method are available?

We currently accept credit cards and PayPal payments.

What happens after purchase?

After the payment is completed, you will receive your login details to your email address. Make sure to check both your Inbox and Spam folders. Login to your account where you will find your license details. Go to the Help menu for instructions on how to install and activate NEXSPY on your target device.

Can I get a refund?

You may be eligible to receive a full refund within 7 days following the day of your purchase as long as refund reasons do not contradict our Refund Policy conditions.
